George Strait And Reba Mcentire Have Announced That They Will Be Touring Together In 2010

Beloved country music star Reba McEntire heralded big bunch of 2010 tour dates. Reba will begin 2010 concert season with show in Baltimore (MD) on January 22. Other cities on the agenda include Phoenix (AZ), Las Vegas (NV), Tulsa (OK), Atlanta (GA), and Orlando (FL), and many others. The last show in the tour is scheduled to be held at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA on June 4th, 2010. Reba has released 25 full-length studio albums since her debut in 1977, winning a countless number of awards throughout her career. Most these 2010 concerts Reba will give together with George Strait and Lee Ann Womack.

“I can’t wait to get back out there and perform some of my new favourites from Twang along with hits the fans already love,” Strait said in announcing the tour. “And with my friend Reba, we will make it a really spectacular night.”

The concert tour dates will consist of over 25 shows in United States and Canada ;(Tour Dates below) supporting her 25th studio album “Keep On Loving You” which was released in mid August 2009. The first leading single off the CD was “Strange” that was first sited in early April. The country singer just recently unleashed her 2nd single “Consider Me Gone”. Reba also will be touring with George Strait and Lee Ann Womack and in Canada with Crystal Shawanda and Melissa Peterman.

The Grammy award winning singer album debuted number one on the U.S Billboard top country albums and the Canadian charts also. Reba also landed her own show in a very successful sitcom that was aired on television for 6 years. “Keep On Loving” was her first solo LP since 2003. Huh…

In the South Wales industrial town of Port Talbot, the International Youth Film Festival runs through August 7. This festival is an IMDb Qualifying Festival, and Sir Anthony Hopkins is the Festival Patron. At the 2010 University Film & Video Association Conference, August 10-14 in Burlington, will be world-class screenings, panels, script readings, and new media exhibits. And there is also the traditional Thursday night picnic at Echo Lake Aquarium and Science Center, the UFVA golf tournament at Kwiniaska Golf Club in Shelburne on Friday morning, and then the Saturday evening dressy-casual banquet closing the conference at the IDX Student Life Center overlooking Lake Champlain. PhantomCon is an annual conference celebrating paranormal research and the Horror movie industry. The Feel Good Film Festival in Hollywood, August 13-15, is a competitive showcase encouraging the development, production, and distribution of short or feature length film with happy endings, that make audiences laugh, and that capture the beauty of this world. Winning projects will be entertaining, optimistic, humorous, and/or heartwarming, and leave the audience feeling good. Opening and closing night celebrations highlighting festival submissions take place in the venue’s courtyard.

Justin Bieber Tickets for Summertime Ball 2010

Justin Bieber is a Canadian-American pop/R&B singer. His performances on YouTube were seen by Scooter Braun, who later became his manager. Braun arranged for him to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher, and then to a recording contract with Island Records offered by L.A. Reid.

Bieber was born on March 1, 1994 in Stratford, Ontario. Bieber’s mother, Pattie Mallette, was 18 years old when she became pregnant with her son. Bieber was raised as an only child by Mallette, who worked low-paying office jobs, though Bieber maintains contact with his father. As he grew, Bieber taught himself to play the piano, drums, guitar, and trumpet. While searching for videos of a different singer, Scooter Braun, a former marketing executive of So So Def, clicked on one of Bieber’s videos by accident. Impressed, Braun tracked down the theater Bieber was performing in, located Bieber’s school, and finally contacted Mallette. she permitted Braun to fly Bieber, then 13, to Atlanta, Georgia to record demo tapes. A week after arriving, Bieber sang for R&B singer/songwriter Usher, who arranged an audition with Antonio L.A. Reid at Island Def Jam Music Group, who in turn signed him to Island Records in October 2008. Bieber and his mother then moved to Atlanta, also the home of Usher and Braun, to base his career.

Bieber’s first single, “One Time”, was released to radio while Bieber was still recording his debut album. The song reached number 12 on the Canadian Hot 100 during its first week of release in July 2009, and later peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100. During fall 2009 it had success in international markets. The song was certified Platinum in Canada and the U.S. and Gold in Australia and New Zealand. Bieber’s first album My World, was released on November 17, 2009. Three consecutive singles, “One Less Lonely Girl”, “Love Me”, and “Favorite Girl”, were released exclusively on the iTunes store and charted within the top forty of the Billboard Hot 100. My World was eventually certified Platinum in the U.S. and Canada and Silver in the UK.

“Baby”, the lead single from the second half of his debut album, which features Ludacris, was released in January 2010 and became his biggest hit thus far, charting at number five in the U.S. and reaching the top ten in seven other countries. His album debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200, making Bieber the youngest solo male act to top the chart since Stevie Wonder in 1963. My World 2.0 also debuted at number one on the Canadian Albums Chart, Irish Albums Chart, and Australian Albums Chart, and the New Zealand Albums Chart and reached the top ten of fifteen other countries.

Bieber’s popularity has caused safety concerns. While promoting My World, Bieber was scheduled to appear at Long Island’s Roosevelt Field Mall, but the performance had to be cancelled. Over 3,000 screaming fans showed up for the appearance. On April 26, 2010, a scheduled promotional performance was cancelled by Australian police after several girls were injured in a crowd crush. Arriving at Auckland airport in New Zealand later that day, RadioLIVE New Zealand reported on airport security’s efforts to keep Bieber out of trouble. He later tweeted that somebody stole his hat and “knocked down [his] mama.”
