Fearless By Taylor Swift: The Unbiased Album Review

Taylor Swift is a new entry into the music business. Her debut album fearless was released in 2006. During that time Nashville was over powered by male country singers who were in their 40s and even in their 30s. But this 18 year old had managed to emerge as one of the leading ladies among a very chauvinistic business. Now fi you are looking at teenage girly songs then Fearless is the album for you.

Now if you listen to the album and you want songs which have loud guitars and a lot of chorus’s which rouse up then “The way I loved you” and “Fearless” are exactly the ones which you need. Now although the album is said to be country, it isn’t exactly all that. The country part of the album comes from Swift’s little country accent and the rare mentions of things like “one horse town” and even little sounds of the banjo and the fiddle which are found in some songs.

Now one cannot argue that this 18 year old is gifted when it comes to songwriting for making up good brides, chorus and verses. You can find this in a song which is called “Fifteen”. Now will find a song called “Change” which mostly consists of words which mean “revolution” and choruses which contain words like “hallelujahs”. Now Swift also has an Ode to her mother and her father in the song called the “Best day” which is like a nice little peppy song.

Now you might not like to listen to songs like this but then the artist has a little innocent touch to her so you are going to swoon over by the album. Now her videos consists of the little princess in the ball gown (“Love story”) or even the geeky student who transforms into a swan at the school dance (“You Belong with me”). Now this album had sold for more than around 3 million “copies” and she had even gotten a Grammy award nomination for the album.

Its Swifts songwriting capabilities which will help her get on in her life more than her singing capabilities. So if you are looking for an album which is a bit perky and has songs which are going to be stuck to your head for a long time, then Fearless is just the album for you.
